What if I forget my password?

1. Go to Lerero LMS URL (lms.lerero.com).

2. On the Sign In page, Click on Forgot Password.

3. Enter your registered Email Address.

4. Click Submit.

5. Go to your Inbox for the password reset email with further instructions.

How do I change my password?

1. On the Dashboard, click on Settings

2. On the Profile, click Security

3. Enter Old Password and New password

4. Click on Save and Proceed

How long does the email activation remain valid before it expires?

24 hours

What if I purchased a course online but I forgot to activate the account and the email activation is expired?

In case you discover that the email activation link has already expired, kindly reach out to our Support Center via support@lerero.com. Subsequently, we will send you a new activation email.
