Where do I access support as a learner?

The course admin(s) at your organization are responsible for assisting participants with inquiries concerning, but not limited to:

1. Email invitations

2. User profile updates (i.e.: email addresses, names, password resets etc.) and deletions


3. Course deletions/restarts


Should you have any inquiries or concerns pertaining to admin-related responsibilities, please contact your Lerero Account Representative.

How do I access the course materials?

To access the course materials, you will be invited to the course by your facilitator/course admin. Once logged in, you will have access to all the course materials, which may include lecture videos, reading materials, assignments, quizzes, and additional resources. You can as well directly purchase the course from the marketplace.

Can I get a certificate upon completion of the course?

Yes, upon successful completion of the course requirements, you will be eligible to receive a certificate of completion. The specific criteria for obtaining the certificate will be mentioned in the course materials.

How can I track my progress in the course?

Lerero provides different analytics dashboards to help you track your progress throughout the course. You will be able to see which lessons you have completed and which ones are pending.

1. Dashboard – There are indicators like Course Completed, Course in Progress, Badges and Points earned. 


2. Inside Course – When you click in one of your course in progress, there are progress bars and icons to give you a visual representation of your advancement.

Can I access the course on multiple devices (computer, tablet, smartphone)?

Absolutely! Lerero platform is designed to be accessible from various devices, including computers, tablets, and smartphones. You can log in to the platform using your credentials from any device with an internet connection and continue your learning seamlessly.

What are the technical requirements for participating in the course?

The assessment and grading methods vary depending on the course and its objectives. Typically, assessments may include quizzes, assignments, projects, or examinations. These assessments can be completed within the Lerero platform itself. Grading criteria and guidelines will be clearly outlined in the course materials, so you know how your performance will be evaluated. Feedback and grades, if applicable, will be provided by your facilitator or automated systems within the Lerero LMS.

Can I rate a course?

No, currently, there isn’t a native way for you to rate a course. However, this is something we are working on and it will be available soon.

How long do I have to complete the course?

The duration to complete the course varies depending on the specific course you enroll in. Each course has its own designated timeline, which may range from hours, a few days, weeks to several months. The duration will be clearly mentioned in the course description.

What are the technical requirements for participating in the course?

To participate in the course, you will need a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with a reliable internet connection. Lerero platform is accessible through popular web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
